WAVYZZ, a French SARL with share capital of €6,500, registered with the Lille Metropole RCS under number 940 326 556, 41 rue Jacquemars Gielee, 59800 Lille, France, SIREN 940326556, SIRET 94032655600013. No VAT applicable.
Contact: contact@wavyzz.com.
2. Scope
These terms govern access to and use of this website and its piano sheet music catalog (the "Service"): free scores available to everyone, and a paid membership giving access to the entire catalog (PDF, MIDI and audio files, and in-browser reading).
By subscribing or using the Service, you accept these terms.
3. Membership and sign-in
The membership is linked to the email address used at checkout. Sign-in uses one-time links sent to that address; keep access to your mailbox secure.
You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for activity performed through your session.
4. Offers, prices and billing
The membership is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Applicable prices are those displayed at checkout. VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
Payment is processed by Stripe and due in advance for each period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
5. License on the scores
Scores and associated files (PDF, MIDI, audio) are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use: practicing, performing and studying the music.
You may not redistribute, resell, publish or share the files, whether free of charge or for payment. This license is personal and non-transferable.
Cancelling the membership ends access to paid scores; it does not grant rights over previously downloaded files beyond this personal-use license.
6. Withdrawal right (consumers)
The membership gives immediate access to downloadable digital content supplied without a tangible medium.
At checkout, you expressly request immediate access to this content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day withdrawal right, in accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code.
If this express consent and acknowledgment were not collected, the legal withdrawal right applies; in that case, contact us at contact@wavyzz.com using the form below.

8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the subscription management portal.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access to the catalog until that date, and the subscription is simply not renewed.
Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded, without prejudice to your statutory rights (including the legal conformity guarantee).
9. Legal conformity (consumers)
Consumers benefit from the legal conformity guarantee for digital content and services under French law.
If the Service is not in conformity, you can request that it be brought into conformity within a reasonable time and free of charge.
If conformity is not possible or fails, you can obtain a proportional price reduction or terminate the contract.
10. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable law, not to disrupt its operation, and not to attempt unauthorized access or circumvention of access controls.
11. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
12. Availability
WAVYZZ uses reasonable means to keep the Service available, subject to maintenance, updates or technical incidents.
13. Liability
WAVYZZ cannot be held liable for indirect or immaterial damages. For consumers, applicable statutory protections are not affected.
WAVYZZ's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The updated version applies upon publication, and we will inform users of substantial changes.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law.
Consumers may bring proceedings before the court of their choice. For professionals, the courts of Lille have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
